This session will focus on the role that participants have in building and supporting a team of staff. Participants will be introduced to the three dimensions of success – results, process, and relationships – and their importance in developing and managing a team. Participants will get an opportunity to explore how these concepts can apply to their teams through an interactive exercise. This session may also touch upon how to prevent – and intervene, as needed – common team dysfunctions.
