Giving Feedback and “Managing Up” For Success (Session 3 of 5)

This session will provide participants with a simple framework for providing feedback to staff, especially in situations that might involve difficult discussions. Participants will also explore the role they have in working with their executive directors or supervisors. By the end of the session, participants will understand how to “manage up” and clarify what they need from their supervisors to be successful.
